Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about this site.

What is this site?

iLounge.co is my personal blog — project updates, technical write-ups, curated resources, the occasional bit of humor, and whatever else feels worth writing about. If you need help with one of my actual games or apps, please visit that specific project's own website instead; this blog isn't the support channel for those.

How do I import ring tones to my iPhone or Android device?

iPhone: after downloading a ring tone file (.m4a works best), open the Files app, find the file, and long-press it. If it's under 30 seconds, choose Share, then "Use as Ringtone" -- it's added directly to your ringtone list. Some older devices or files longer than 30 seconds may need trimming first in GarageBand instead; Apple's official guide covers both paths in detail at support.apple.com (opens in a new window).

Android: after downloading the file, the simplest route on most phones is the Files by Google app -- open it, find and play the audio file, tap More, then "Set as ringtone." Google's official instructions are at support.google.com (opens in a new window). If your phone doesn't have that app, you can also go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Phone ringtone and choose the downloaded file directly from there -- the exact wording varies a bit by manufacturer (Samsung, Pixel, etc.).

How are digital products purchased and delivered?

Pick an item in the Store, enter your email address, and pay securely through PayPal. As soon as payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed straight to the address you provided -- there's no account or password needed. That link works up to three times, so you can re-download the file again later (say, onto a second device) if needed, but it will stop working after the third use. If you ever run into trouble with a purchase, the contact form above is the fastest way to reach me.
